We are building a deer fence!  Stay tuned for pictures!  We are also very busy pruning the apple trees, pear trees, and blueberries.   And the new farmers have arrived – we are thrilled to have Arwen and Winnie!

Wild Dog Farm is a small sustainable farm in southern Alamance county.  We grow garlic, blueberries, apples, pears, mulberries, persimmons, figs, blackberries, raspberries, pawpaws, plums, beans, microgreens, sprouts, shoots, tomatoes, melons, peppers, squash, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, spinach, lettuce, peas, pumpkins, turnips, and assorted greens.  We have three rescue pigs: Mr Pig, Little Pig, and Baby Pig.  They enthusiastically compost almost everything and produce copious amounts of fertilizer.   We also have Rooster Roo, the lone survivor of way too many visits from owls, hawks, coyotes, possums, weasels, raccoons, and who knows what else.
